Loved by adults and children alike, the Moomin family’s adventures revolve around universal themes, including friendship, respect for nature, tolerance, and equality. Moleskine revisits this imaginary world with two Limited Edition notebooks and a collector’s box that will bring the friendly Moomins into your life.
Moleskine was created in 1997 to reimagine the legendary notebook and today forms an ecosystem of tools and services that provide for and connect the visionaries of the past with the makers of the future.
Moomin has teamed up with Moleskine to create three lovely notebooks – blue and red Moomin Limited Edition Notebooks and one turquoise Special Edition. Featuring original illustrations both inside and out, these notebooks celebrates the artwork and storytelling of Tove Jansson, the multi-talented creative thinker who introduced the Moomins to the world in the 1940s. Jansson’s stories revolve around the timeless themes of friendship, respect for nature, tolerance and equality. Moomins are inventors, philosophers and natural-born explorers, always ready to embrace diversity and learn from the next adventure.
The paperband B-side features more original artwork in the form of Moomin characters to cut out and keep, or to play with on the detailed Moominvalley map insert found inside the notebook.
