The exhibition ‘The Moomins: From the hat to the tail tip’ at the State Literature Museum in Moscow, Russia presents Moomins in a new way. Beautiful works of Tove Jansson, her comic strips translated into Russian by Zangavar publishing house, and decorations inspired by the Moomin stories are exhibited until January 15th, 2017.
After the first two weekends, over 200 children have visited the exhibition. Museum’s guides tell children about Tove Jansson, her life, her art as well as about Tove Jansson’s home country – Finland. Museum will also organize for example workshops and performances based on Tove Jansson’s books.
